介紹〈一〉：
琳賽羅涵由童星起家，當年演活了那個雙胞胎的女孩，如今已成了亭亭玉立的美少女，唯一沒變的只有那個有如正字標記的雀斑臉，雖然如此，但琳賽羅涵甜美的臉蛋和親切的態度，仍然吸引著許多年青哥迷姐的心，不只能演，琳賽羅涵在電影辣媽辣妹中，還露了一手，她但在片中大玩電吉他，甚至還在片中唱了電影主題曲；其實琳賽羅涵已被拉丁強手製作人簽下，往後將會發行唱片跨界當起流行歌手嚕。
琳賽羅涵從三歲起便接拍了多支廣告，並且被知名的模特兒公司簽下，十歲起開始出現在電視劇中，而在琳賽羅涵尚未滿十二歲時，她便接拍了電影〝天生一對〞，這也是令台灣觀眾第一次認識她的電影，在片中，她一人分飾兩角，不但要學英國腔，甚至連兩姐妹的個性和處事態度都不同，但是琳賽羅涵精準的演出兩個角色不同的性格和反應，讓許多觀眾眼睛為之一亮，並且斷言這個小女孩將來一定了不得，之後琳賽羅涵也陸續接拍了幾部迪士尼製作的電影；但是不要以為身處演藝圈的琳賽羅涵，學業成績一定會荒廢喔，她用最真實的成績向大家證明一邊工作一邊念書也是可以念的很好的，在學校裡，琳賽羅涵最喜歡的科目分別是科學和數學，而且成績在班上往往都是數一數二的喔。

十九歲的女主角扮演者琳賽羅涵，自1998年在重拍片《天生一對》(The Parent Trap)中初次登臺以來，憑藉美貌與不斷進步的演技闖入公眾視線。迪士尼愛好者對她並不陌生，2003年她曾出演迪士尼經典《古怪的星期五》(Freaky Friday)的重拍版《辣媽辣妹》，並依演而優則唱的規律，演唱了片中的主題歌。2004年主演喜劇《青春舞會皇后》(Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen)，成為她演藝生涯的轉捩點，同時她還為該片的電影原聲獻唱兩首。接下來，琳賽羅涵憑藉在《賤女孩》(Mean Girls)中出色的表演，獲得2004年度MTV電影獎最佳女主角，她的首張唱片《Speak》也正在熱銷中，毫無疑問，琳賽羅涵已經取代了又是結婚又是懷孕的小甜甜布蘭妮的地位，成為當今美國最炙手可熱的青少年新偶像。
